· The action step(s) you implementation and provide evidence of your implementation.
· Whether the action step(s) implementation did or did not support you in reaching your professional development goal.
· The collaborative component(s) of the implemented action step(s) and whether it did or did not support you in reaching your professional development goal.
· How subsequent action steps will support you in making meaningful contributions to young children’s healthy development and learning.
